1. Material Selection
Prohibition of Hazardous Materials: Packaging labels must not use polyvinyl chloride (PVC) plastic and are prohibited from containing phthalates, formaldehyde, benzene, or other harmful substances.
Encouragement of Recycled Materials: Prioritize the use of recycled paper or biodegradable materials, such as bamboo fiber and plant-based adhesives, to reduce carbon footprint.
2. Printing Process
Environmentally Friendly Ink: Use environmentally friendly inks that are benzene-free and free of halogenated hydrocarbons to reduce volatile organic compound (VOC) emissions.
Avoid Excessive Packaging: Label designs should be simple, avoiding multi-layered composite structures to facilitate recycling.
3. Labeling Standards
Environmental Certification Label: Must display the "China Environmental Label" or certification information conforming to GB/T 44837-2024 Green Product Evaluation - Stationery.
Safety Warnings: If the label contains replaceable parts (such as pen refills), the recycling method and safe usage instructions must be indicated.
4. Compliance Verification
Safety Standards Compliance: Must pass the GB 21027-2020 "General Safety Requirements for Student Supplies" test, ensuring that indicators such as migratable elements and whiteness meet standards.
Clean Production: The production process must comply with pollutant emission standards and emphasize resource recycling.
