I. Environmental Control
1. Temperature and Humidity: It is recommended to maintain a temperature of 18-22℃ and humidity of 50%-60%. Too much moisture can cause labels to become blurry, while too little can make them brittle. A temperature and humidity meter can be used for real-time monitoring, and a dehumidifier or humidifier can be used for adjustment if necessary.
2. Protection from Light and Dust: Labels should be stored in a cool, dark place, avoiding direct sunlight and dust. If the environment is dusty, it is best to store them in a dust cover or sealed box.
II. Storage Methods
1. Roll Labels: Store them vertically, do not press them down, to prevent deformation.
2. Box Labels: Remember the "five separations" principle: 15cm from the ground, 30cm from the wall, 50cm from the ceiling, 2m from heat sources, and 1m from light sources.
3. Electronic Labels: It is best to store them in a place with electromagnetic shielding to avoid static electricity damaging the chip.
III. Regular Inspection
1. Establish a Record: Record the label's entry time, shelf life, and sampling inspection results. 2. Special Labels: For example, cold chain labels. It is recommended to conduct a low-temperature simulation test every quarter to ensure stable performance.
IV. Safety Protection
1. Fire and Moisture Prevention: Automatic sprinkler systems can be installed to maintain humidity in fire-prone areas and reduce the risk of fire.
2. Insect and Leak Prevention: During the rainy season, use more food-grade insecticides. An emergency isolation area should be available in case of chemical leaks.
